Hotel suggestions

I'm having trouble finding a hotel in Munich to fit my frugal budget. I hope to stay 2 nights starting 17 Aug-19 Aug. Is there anything around 100 USD? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jen:

We were very satisfied with The Hotel Kraft about 6 years ago. It still seems to have a good rep today...short walk to Marienplatz...in the heart of the everything. Small property, very warm and comfortable. You might have to raise the ante a bit..but check out their web pages:

Have you tried using www.hrs.com? They usually have a great array of hotels, B&B's, etc. to choose from.

You might try checking Motel One. Good prices, no frills, but a very decent run chain. They would fit your budget.

Hi jencar,

For how many people?

Try the Hotel Eder

http://www.hotel-eder.de/index.html

I haven't stayed there but have it noted for any future stays. It says singles with private bath start at 47E.

Have fun!

Try bidding for a 3* in the City Center South zone on Priceline. I did so last year and got the Marriott Courtyard for $60 USD + taxes per night.

Check out www.betterbidding.com for more info about using Priceline and Hotwire.
