Help with francs conversion
 

Hello<BR><BR>I know the Euro is now the currency in Europe but some books and sites still have everything in francs. What would 100 francs be in Euro or US currency?<BR><BR>Thanks for your help!

100 francs would be about $15.40

Here is the formula she and other French people are using: <BR>FF Value + 50% of that value : 10 = Euro value (you will find easier to round number to the nearest decimal). <BR><BR>Article costs FF160<BR>160 + 80 = 240 : 10 = 24 Euros <BR>According to the currency converter<BR>160FF = 24.3918 <BR><BR>The more you practice, the easier it gets..
