Thanks everyone, the recommendation about the Vintage clothing shop is very well received. I only wish I had more time, somehow I think that we will be back. Defintely am going to check the whisky bar. The pubs are a natural...after all I am a Mancunian. Defintely will check out the grassmarket area.
