German translation: Medical Term

Hi. I need your help translating this medical term. It is a type of breast cancer and I am having a difficult time reading my cousin's handwriting. I may be spelling this incorrectly, but perhaps native speakers can help me figure it out.

"Adenomyoepithiales Mannacarzinom"

Thanks so much.

I'll take a wild stab and hope we have an expert here.

adeno - refers to a gland (like I had a fibroadenoma removed from my breast)

epithelials - refers to cells near the surface of the skin

Mannacarzinom - maybe - mammocarcinoma

hit post too soon:

forgot myo

myoepithelials means: affecting the periphery of its secretory portions

So put it together and I come up with some type of ductal carcinoma maybe?

I am no breast cancer expert so maybe some here who have the unfortunate chance to be experts can classify it further.

The spelling in English is

Adenomyoepithelioma

Google search will pull up medical descriptions.

The word Mammakarzinom simply refers to breast cancer.

Thank you very much for your help. Years of learning the language left me unable to figure this one out. I have never heard of this type before.

Thanks again.
