Joan,
I'm going to use your service - thanks!!! I'm most comfortable having someone there with a sign and her name on it. Now if I could just snap my fingers and do something about the rain and cold...ahhh, Paris in February! Merci! Angie |
Angie,
If it were my mom, I would feel more comfortable doing it with their service, too. Hopefully the weather will improve for you.. Joan |
I have used Bee Shuttle and Paris Shuttle in the past. Both were good. I checked the Bee Shuttle site they are only 24€.

Great information!!

I have not checked out the shuttles mentioned above, but they may be "shared" shuttles, rather than private service. You may have to make a phone call, or go to some specific location..I don't know. These could be the variables and important or not important to you.
The "Inter" service is private. They will be waiting for you as you exit security door. They will keep track of your flight and make adjustments if needed. All depends what you are looking for in service and convenience, when comparing. Enjoy.. Joan |
Thanks, Joan, for the information. I have added the inter site to my favorites for when the time comes closer to book.

Yes, having her greeted with a card bearing her name will be better than having to look up to see the door that says Bus vers Paris - it's in French, after all.
|
I used Paris Shuttle Transfer last summer. They gave me the possibility to take a private or a shared shuttle; the shared one was much cheaper.
I traveled in a nice Volkswagen shuttle, it was clean and the driver was able to speak a bit of English, which is not common around Paris… I give you their website: http://www.parisshuttletransfer.com |
Just for info, this post is almost a year old. But information is information.

What would be the best option for five adults travelling together with luggage? My in-laws are older, inexperienced travellers who (despite our constant urging) have a distressing tendency overpack. Shared shuttle? Private shuttle? I have a feeling that after the long flight in (they have two layovers), the RER/Metro will simply be too exhausting for them.

Transit questions aside:
Do please have ANOTHER talk with them about over-packing. It is a bane and a curse to have too much luggage. I pack "smart" -- well, look, I don't have to lecture you, as you are already onside -- but: What a relief to have just enough, not way too much. |
