First time in paris

I will be traveling to Paris for the first time in September. Any suggestions on where to stay that is close or near the mayor attractions?

First begin by doing a search by typing "Paris hotels". You will find an endless amount of information and I'm sure you'll definitely find an answer to your question.

It really depends on how much you want to spend. Best location and some of the best hotels and highest prices are along Rue Rivoli (Meurice, Intercontinental, Ritz) and Ave. George V (George V, Plaza Athenee) One of the best values is the Hilton, right beside the Eiffel Tower and only a block from the river, but a long walk from the rest of the main attractions.

It depends upon which major attractions you wish to visit. There are major attractions all over Paris. Get a map, highlight the attractions, then decide approximately where you want to stay. Determine which arrondissement that is, and start researching hotels.
