After looking at your itinerary, you are coming from a different direction and going to some different towns. However, we are staying in some of the same towns/locations so it will be fun to compare notes in May! I watched the ending of the Paris to Nice bicycle race on TV (to see the scenery). They were riding from Nice to Eze along one of the corniche on a beautiful sunny day, then back to Nice to finish.

We are arriving April 13 from Italy. We are staying in Vence 1 night at Le Hameau. Then we have 2 days April 14-15 in the Luberon, and 3 nights in St Remy (Mas de Carassins). Because we are leaving from Marseille I thought it best to stay in St. Remy the final evening. I have had trouble reaching Ferme de la huppe, but I was using wanadoo.fr in the email address and did not get a reply. Did you hear from them soon after sending your email?

I just copied the email address for Ferme de la huppe from my emails and it is: [email protected]. Hope you hear from them. I always heard from them the following day after emailing them, probably because they were sleeping when I emailed them!

We are also staying at Mas de Carrissins in St. Remy. Looking forward to your trip report also. Can't wait to go on this trip.
