Oh dear, bless her heart. Glad it wasn't a long "trip". I'm probably closer than I'd like to think.

That is so sad, mostly because I wonder why wasn't anyone there to help her, to see her off, a family member or friend??
I am glad she wasn't hurt, she could have easily been.

Well - it sounds like she never flew before. You would think a family member would have gone with her.

Or, perhaps her confusion was related to some deterioration no one had noticed.

Maybe she just wanted to be sure her luggage wasn't lost! :-)
