It depends where the target market is based. I don't think it would make many Brits think 'exotic travel' as trips to Paris are sold at the cheap end of the market - travelling overnight by coach or cattle class in a budget airline. Brits would associate 'exotic travel' with images of sugar white sands fringed with palm trees.
