If anyone bothered to read the report, this clue will be very easy.

Clue: Spanish chef (first name = 6 (2nd of which = "e"), second name = 5) who cooks at (2 words, 2, 5), a couple of hours away from Barcelona, and widely regarded today as one of the best chefs in the world.

Clue: Architect (last name: 9 letters, 2nd = "a") whose name one should recognize because of a recent international event (hint...).

An earlier work from over 10 years resulted in a bridge (name of bridge: 8 letters) in this city (city: 7 letters), which spans the (10 letters) river. The work resulted from building from an event called the (4 letters).
