Europe 2003 Poll
Who has gone or is going this year?
I am going in Sept. Just curious how many that post or read here actually were able to go this year. |
London and Ireland in September...our first trip to Europe!!I just got my passport yesterday as well as Ceremony of the Keys tickets. Could time go by any slower?? =)

Went to Paris & London in March, Paris again in June. Will be leaving for Spain in two weeks, & am going back to France to spend time with my family for the holidays, as well as visiting Amsterdam, Brussels, & Vienna.

Rome, Sorrento, Umbria--32 days (and counting, counting, counting).

Berlin, Switzerland, and Munich in January; Lake Como, Rome, and Bavaria in May; Paris and London in November.

Italy & England with two kids last month. Shooting for Christmas in Italy too.

Calamari - if I may be so bold - what is it about Italy that makes you want to go back so soon? Will the two kids be in tow? If so, bravo.

Dutch, We go to Italy as often as possible because my husband's entire family lives in Florence, Lucca & San Gimingano. The kids love to travel We really feel that the enrichment will benefit them greatly and we never ever go anywhere without them.

Germany (Mosel area), France (Routes des Vin), Switzerland (Montreux and Grindelwald areas) and Italy (Lugano, Colle di Buggiano, Cinque Terre) in mid September to early October.

I spent two weeks on Amalfi Coast in May, now in September I will be in Umbria for two more weeks in a rented villa. I can't get enough of Italy, I will probably go back in January too, maybe to Sicily.

Cinque Terre and Paris in May - June (with stopovers in Genova and Lyon.)

Spent 2 1/2 weeks in London & Italy in May, will be returning to London Aug 28th for 9 nts. This will be our first time traveling to England without the inlaws in 4 years, can't wait!

Good for you, Calamari, I wish I had that opportunity as a child. All my relatives in Italy are dead.

We went to Venice, Lucca, and Florence in February..and future plans are in the works, but still in the "where and when" stage.

Just got back from two weeks in Italy ( Rome, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast and Capri) and London. Hoping to go back to Nice, one of my favorite places in 2004.
