...and in general anymore, many of the service people tending you are not Spanish, although that is no excuse nor reason for you to be treated poorly. However, the demography in the service industry has changed a lot in the past years.

She may have had a bad experience.
Not everybody likes Amercians (I guess we mean Us Citiznes) but not not everybody hates or dislikes them.
Maybe she had a bad experience.

I'm reading a book where reformist under Henry VIII were burned... it has always existed and will always exist.
If reformsits were bunred, why not Spanish ?
