Culinary Schools
Any suggestions for a good culinary itinerary or day class in Italy?
|
what cities/towns were you planning on visiting?

I enjoyed a half day cooking class with Eleonora Consoli near Catania. Sicily has some of the most interesting cooking traditions and ingredients in all of Italy.

A short time back I gave this address for a Times series on Food and Travel 2005. Amongst other articles it included a section on Italian cooking schools:

P.S. The name of the school is Cucina del Sole. Here's a link: http://www.cucinadelsole.it/idgtweb/...eWWW)/ChiSiamo

Many thanks to all. We have found a three day in Cinque Terra, actually in Monterossa at Hotel Punta Mesca and ristroante Belvedere. Also a one day featuring the traditional Easter menu in Parma thru Barilla. Looking forward to both.. Thanks to all who responded.
