I agree with you, this is really questionable. Just checked again the website and Pedrera Suite now has a different #... so in a matter of a few hours, they were able to get a license? I am getting concerned; how would you know if the new # that Pedrera Suite now have is legit and not of another apartment? We are able to do that with Pedrera bec. we originally checked it and moved on to the Pedrera Suite.
