I don't have a problem with the cycling camping tour -I think it is a great idea, but you can't realistically do it on a folding bike. You need a good touring bike, with enough gears, and baggage carriers so you can put your luggage, tent etc in paniers on the bike, to keep it balanced.

Cycling on a folding bike, with a backpack full of clothes, tent sleeping bag etc is madness and asking for an accident.

Talking of which do make sure you have medical coverage for your trip, not every country is a bike friendly as the Netherlands, and accidents do happen!

What do wre and wat mean?? Are they acronyms for something? I genuinely don't know....

These are spelling mistakes as my phone makes them some times. Or some are abbreviations for texting to which I have found out on here Some people don't like and others help any way

It's not that people don't like them necessarily...it just makes it really difficult to figure out what you are asking or how to help you. The average age of people who post here tend to be older (not old!!) so they aren't likely to be used to text...and it takes too much time to decipher between spelling mistakes and text speak that they are not familiar with. The easier you make it for us to help, the better your help will be...

For example...oh still didn't explain what wre and wat were suppose to be...are they spelling mistakes? If so, what should they be?

I think traveling by train and with your folding bike could work. What I'm questioning is actually "camping" equipment. It seems like you plan would work better using hostels. Then you wouldn't have much a heavy load to bike around with.

Also some people just won't be bothered trying to figure out what you are trying to say so wont bother taking the time to help you.

it's pretty obvious to me the kind of information she's seeking. unfortunately i don't know about campgrounds in Europe.

i do know arriving by train to major cities, it's easy enough to find your way around. use a backpackers-style guidebook, go to the tourist office or at the train station for information, use the internet to book your hostel from one city to the next.

except for wanting to haul camping gear on a folding bike, none of this is all that unusual.
