Brugge to Haarlem or AMS

Will I take an IC train from Brugge to Haarlem (via Antwerp?)or does the train from Antwerp stop only in Amsterdam?

Bruges-Antwerp

Antwerp-Leiden

Leiden-Haarlem

much quicker than going thru Amsterdam C.S.

Some trains may not stop in Haarlem so transfer perhaps in Den Hague HS

Trains hourly or more on all links

The easiest route is Antwerpen -Rotterdam -Haarlem. On that route trains leave Brugge at 57 past the hour. It takes 3 hours 37 minutes in total, with the two changes mentioned.
Slightly faster but with an extra change is Brugge- Gent- Antwerpen-Den Haag- Haarlem but as that uses the Thalys it is not really an option. The same is true if you go through Brussels and Den Haag.

Thank-you everyone for your help. We got into AMS and went to the International ticket counter and paid 40 euro each for a ticket from AMS to Brugge. We left at 7:12 am changed trains in the neat old Antwerpen Train station, then got off the train at Den Haag HS and caught the next train on the same tracks 4 minutes later. We checked into our room in Brugge at 11:30 am.Thanks again for making our enjoyable trip less stressful.
