Book Chick In Remission
Hi!
This post is especially for Scarlett, cigalechanta, Marilyn Freund, Liz, MizzEve, Bob the Navigator, and all who've been following my saga for the past few months. Based on a blood draw done last Thursday, I've achieved remission from my leukemia! The bad news is that I may need to have surgery in January or February for another issue (luckily non-life threatening!) that will prohibit me from making my annual winter trip to Europe. Oh, well, spring or summer, I'll get back there. Thanks for all your good wishes, prayers & support! BC |

What absolutely wonderful news! I didn't know the nature of your illness, just that you were having serious health problems on top of having to deal with deaths in the family this year.
Know that you will continue to have our prayers and best wishes. |
