I and my dear spouse also depart for Europe this Thursday -- Prague then Rome and Tuscany. So I know what you mean about iffy weather in Europe -- it is scheduled to snow in Prague this week and Italy sounds better but not much.

Having seen the first rhododendrons of the year (!!!) here in Canada last week (Vancouver BC) I wondered if I should have stayed home.

But who can resist Europe? Let's just pretend the fahrenheit reading is a centigrade one and enjoy.

Have a wonderful trip, and return with lots of new places you explored and recommend!

I will try to post a trip report if only to let you know if renting an apt vs a hotel worked for us.
I will write something about anything New and Fab that we might see, hear or eat ~

Will you go to "our" wonderful pottery shop? We spent $$$ there, olive oil flask to sit on the counter for DIL...(I already had one from last year's trip and got DD one then too), small bowls for this and that, spoon rests, tea towels. That gal is so wonderful, standing on various tables to pull towels off the wall for us. I love that shop!

I'll think of you often and know whatever the weather, you 3 will be having the most wonderful time. Bon voyage, go go go, then come back and tell us all about it.
