Bisanzio or hotel giorgione venice

Has anyone stayed at these hotels
Which one is better for 2 adults and 2 children (space and luxury)

I stayed in Hotel Bisanzio. It was very nice. The lobby was elegant, the staff very friendly; our (quad) room was roomy enough for 4, but not enormous. Location is extremely quiet, yet not far from the good stuff.

We have stayed at Bisanzio three times. It is a nice hotel. It is very convenient to the water taxis and San Marco. Great location.

drobert,

We spent several nights at the Bisanzio in 2003..it was a nice stay, but not "luxury" and the rooms were average size..didn't have children along, so can't answer that..the location is good...close to St. Mark's, but off the Grand Canal...if Gabriel is still at the desk, he is wonderful and generous with help..he made the hotel for us...

The Bisaznio was the only hotel whose name I wrote down when I passed it because I thought the location was so pleasant, I'd want to check it out for a return visit. It's in one of the very least touristed parts of Venice, just east of San Marco, but nonetheless a stone's throw from the major sites. Plus, I noticed many restaurants around with Italians enjoying a relaxed lunch at them.
