I stayed there--great hotel and great location, many good restaurants in the vicinity.

Whew, I'm quite relieved that the Mainport is a decent choice. I was a bit worried, but now am glad I picked that hotel. Especially after I looked at the website Menachem posted (thanks!). Lots of great stuff nearby. I'm guessing I'm going to be bummed that we're only there for 28 hours or so. I will check out the restaurant suggestions also.
