Bill--for pete's sake stop posting that stupid site. What I am trying to tell you is that even when I type ♦ I DON'T SEE A DIAMOND SYMBOL ON FODOR'S. Nor do I see any of those symbols (other than euro) when I look at other posts in Fodors.

Hello...how many times can I ask why don't I see symbols for anything (other than euro) when I use the codes on the hotwired site or look at the other posts on Fodors. Your 12:17 post looks like this to me
♥ =♥

If you know why, tell me. Otherwise, clam up and let someone who understands HTML, browsers, etc., answer me.

(Yes, I am getting quite bothered about this.) (I suspect it might be Netscape because that has caused problems on another website.)
|
And your last post looks like this to me:
♦ = ♦

WHYYYYY? Since obviously it looks otherwise to you and others.
|
I think you have to update. Same problem with Windows 95. There is another thread here somewhere about the problem.
