You will not have to clear any entry formalities as both Portugal and Switzerland are in the Schengen area.
Depending on where your plane will disembark, you will be out of the airport in 5-10 minutes after you left the plane (add 10-15 minutes if you need to wait for checked luggage).
The train station is just a few more minutes walking.
