Sorry Ann, but the OP specifically asked for vegan food ideas. Because my DD and her husband are strictly vegan, I asked them for a list of info about the AC and they spent some time collating it and sending it across to me. I then spent some time reading through it with the intention of posting for the OP's use. Then she says she eats dairy, then fish, then pasta.

Let me reiterate: you can't be "veganish" and the OP is not Vegan! She's not even vegetarian! If she's upset by that, I venture to suggest that it's more about her supplying misleading info about herself and her perceived self worth, than about acknowledging the truth about her eating situation.

Why could she not say that she eats fish, dairy and pasta? Maybe because the original post would then be nonsense? Sounds like a plea for attention to me.
