Your purse is bulky and annoying! Hang it on the back of your chair in a crowded area and don't give it another thought.

If you visit a country where you don't speak the language, make sure to speak English really really loud and if that person doesn't understand, get angry. Who do they think they are?

Make sure to spend most of your time abroad drunk. I mean, why else does one travel?

I would like to see more girls going wild in Spain so yes, the next time someone offers you mardi gras beads, take it off!

" would like to see more girls going wild in Spain so yes, the next time someone offers you mardi gras beads, take it off!"

But only if you're a size 18 or larger.

from Simone1's post:

what's a troll? ( i.e. someone you should run away from when you see a post from him/her???? )

If you’re driving in the north west highlands of Scotland, ensure you leave the motorway to fill up with petrol. There are plenty of garages on local roads selling it much cheaper, especially on Sundays

Loudly proclaiming that such and such stores product is WAYYYYYYY too expensive is a great way to haggle - and its polite too.

I am sure the managers never sold any at that price, so its nice that your setting him straight as to why.

Sorry to top but I couldn't resist.

anaheimwoman: The Experts on Trolls on this forum are the Jones's. I think they had a nasty experience in Norway.

but to the rest of us, a troll is a posting made deliberately to stir up trouble or unrest. For Example somebody might post about "Ugly Americans". For some reason known only to Fodors editors, posts about "Thieving gypsies" don't fall into this category.

Patrick London, (or anyone else) would you kindly explain what a blue lamp really means? And please do not give me deliberately bad and misleading advice. :-) Thanks.
