A (Belated) Happy Festivus!

May your gatherings by the Pole and the traditional airing of grievances be as joyous as the holiday of Festivus was meant to be.

Can it be any Pole or do you have to know him?
Does it have to be in Poland or can we just find one wherever we are?
Wishing you a Joyous Airing of Grievances too :D

I don't want to see the "color" of ANYONES wind. Happy Festivus for the rest of us......I have a light pole across the street..does that count?

"...I have a light pole across the street..does that count?"

It probably does count. As long as it has no decorations, as tinsels are considered distracting from the true meaning of the holiday. Accordingly, the pole should be tall, silver, hollow, long, skinny, and heavy.

Don't forget the Feats of Strength - where during the celebration the head of the family test his strength against one lucky person and that the Festivus does not officially end until the head of the host family is wrestled and pinned down.

Have a happy one.
