Alain Ducasse has another restaurant in Paris called Spoon. I have been there and it is very nice and a great experience.

They say that this is his least expensive and most casual. The food is international with French flair.

Alain Ducasse has another restaurant in Paris at the Plaza Athenee.

I'm no advocate touting the Jules Verne, or Ducasse. However, it is no secret that he, and many top chefs, create dishes and plan and supervise menus, leaving the execution of the dishes to others (who may be more proficient technically than the creators).

Cosmicneil: I suggest that you take a look at the websites for the suggested restaurants and decide for yourselves. It's your meal.

Enjoy your trip and experience.
