The 10-10 numbers are called "dial around," and there are many of them out there. Two things you need to be aware of is that their rates change all the time, so just because you paid three cents/minute last month doesn't mean the rate is the same this month. Addditionally, rates can vary depending on the source of the call. So the number that is the least expensive for you in New Jersey, for example, may not be the best for me in California.
