My Trip Report on St Lucia
 

We had an amazing time in St Lucia where we rented a 2 room villa in Marigot Bay with a completely private pool. We did not like the north as it was too commercialized and arid. Loved the south that was lush and pretty. You can see my notes at www.tabhauser.com and cliking St Lucia. (this is a private site I post my travel stories, no advertising or signing in) St Lucia is a beautiful island. Rent an SUV and get around. The Saturday morning market is worth seeing as the entire island sets up shop there .

I've been meaning to respond to this. Loved your trip report. We have been to St Lucia twice but not since 2004. Sounds like alot of changes hotel wise. More importantly, I loved your site. I got lost there for a while. Wonderful trip reports. I bookmarked it for later reading. Your children are fortunate to be so well traveled.
