Food related illness is not indigenous to the Caribbean. I have had "Montezuma's Revenge" once in the BVIS & once in Scotland . Definitely related to what you eat (or in my case "drink":-) Seriouslly, I think many times the mineral content in water is different from what your system is used to - that was all I could think of in Scotland. And we do tend to eat or drink more unusual things that we do at home & perhaps in greater quantities?

I'm excited to see such furvor over travel to the Caribbean. Here Here and I agree. I work for a company with two properties down in the Caribbean on different islands, BWI and USVI. And it is really encouraging to hear that people are still excited about these locations because it has been a tough recovery for all fly to destinations. I like your moxy! and I agree with one added point.... CHILL in the CARIBBEAN!
