Unfortunately, we already have the Virgin Islands, a very SAD story, indeed!!

By the way, Aruba IS third world in many ways. It certainly is NOT a 2nd tier "country!!"

Ron,
I'm curious as to what 'ways' Aruba is a third world country. Have you ever been to a third world country?

Hmm Aruba a third world country,

Per capita income 20,000 U.S. dollars.

Over 25,000 mobile phones sold in just 3 months that on a population of 100,000 souls.

I have driven around the island and god if you compare Aruba with a real third world country you can cleary tell the differance.

Woh, Aruba is a third world country yet they have the best drinking water in the world even better than the richest countries of the world.

Let me remind you that Aruba was erased from the list of third world countries since 1995. Get your story straight.
