To Syl - it feels weird to be posting about Turkey on the Canada forum! Anyway, there's a lot of good information on Turkey in the European forum (also a little in the Mideast forum). We had just a week as it was a side trip from Greece, so we spent our time on the Mediterranean coast south of Marmaris, Turkey. If I had 2 weeks (which I will next time, maybe even 3), I'd go to Istanbul, Cappadocia and one other place (maybe a beach destination). There's another Canadian woman who often posts here (and the European forum) who has visited Turkey a lot - I'm sure she would have ideas if you posted on the European forum.
