Happy Traveling, The order from the menu buffet at the Grand Hyatt is in their Thai restaurant, located on the 4th floor. Sorry I don't have my notes readily available, but I believe the name starts with an 'R'. It is Thai food only. If you just ask for the Grand Hyatt's Thai restaurant, they will direct you.

It's a great opportunity yo order dishes you don't know or might not otherwise risk. And since it is all cooked to order, it's better than food sitting out on a steam table.

Thanks for the quick reply. I believe Ruen Thai is no longer listed as a restaurant in Grand Hyatt Erawan.

i had corresponsence with the hotel not long ago and it was still open then....strange???
