Has anyone made reservations for Phi Phi Coral (or any other resort) thru phi-phi-hotel.com? Looks like it's the "official" on-line way to do it, but just looking for some confirmation. Thanks.

Not sure what you mean by the 'official' way to book? There's no 'official' way.<BR>You need to check rates from the majors such as www.asiatravel.com, www.planteholiday.com, also try www.hotels-asia.com or maybe some local ones like www.huahin.20m.com . See who has the best rates and best information

Rich, I wanted to be sure I got a beachfront bungalow at PP Coral and I even knew which end of the beach I wanted to be on, so I ended up dealing directly with the hotel via their Bangkok office. Here's the email address I used, in Nov 2001. Everything went very smoothly and I received prompt replies to my questions etc.<BR><BR>[email protected] <BR>

Phi Phi Coral is supposedly closing for a bit to renovate.
