Jet lag travelling to China
Anyone have any tips on how to deal with the jet lag to China? The day/night switch must be very tough.

Do a search on this board, there are lots of posts on dealing with jetlag.

I tried something recommended by a friend - No More Jet Lag. You should be able to find iut at any health food store. Cannot explain how it works but it does ! Did Fla-Tokyo on my second trip there and could not believe the difference ! Amazing... no drugs, all natural ingredients. Salesperson told me she has customers that travel intl that buy it regularly. Check it out !

Thanks! This No Jet Lag seems to be recommended a lot.

I don't know if this is true for everyone, but for me, jet lag hits only one way - travelling east to west. This means I can hit the street running when going over to Asia, but have a horrible time readjusting once back in the States.
Non-drug ways to cope: drink lots of water during the flight and sleep lots too! If possible, during the week before departure, try going to bed a few hours earlier or later, just to get your body used to another biological rhythm. Have fun! Lucky you - going to China! :) |
Thanks for the tips. I am more inclined to try the non-drug cures first.
