Guenmai Jul 27th, 2008 06:41 PM

I don't post such in a public forum, but thanks anyway. Happy Travels!

BillT Jul 28th, 2008 03:48 AM

But Guen you do - all the time - in Fodors!

BillT Jul 28th, 2008 03:58 AM

Bob- I checked with Classmates.com and they have no record of you graduating from that school?????

Guenmai Jul 28th, 2008 06:45 AM

Bill...I'm talking about posting it on a calendar that anyone can pull up. And yes, many of us post when we'll be different places and where we plan to be, but that's information scrambled up on varies threads. Happy Travels!

BillT Jul 28th, 2008 07:12 AM

OK Ok but you do realize that an easy search on Fodors brings up all your information- in one view so the threads are not so scrambled after all!

Guenmai Jul 28th, 2008 09:34 AM

Fine, Bill...so let them search. Happy Travels!

rhkkmk Jul 28th, 2008 09:55 AM

i also go my undergraduate degree from the sorbonne, my masters from MIT and my first doctorate from harvard, 2nd from NYU, third from caltech, and i am now working on a 4th one from fordorsU

BillT Jul 28th, 2008 10:04 AM

Bob - you are disclosing too much personal info- aren't you worried that "they" might find you?

simpsonc510 Jul 28th, 2008 01:41 PM

guen
I completely understand about not posting on the calendar! I'm sure there are others who also will not put in their travel and birthday dates.

It was I who updated the Labor Day event to include Canada and then accidentally deleted it and then put it back.

Hanuman Jul 28th, 2008 06:39 PM

Sir Bob,

Don't forget about your knighthood from the Queen of England and your recent appointment as Lord Chamberlain from the crown of Siam.

BillT Jul 29th, 2008 04:13 AM

Thanks to the many who have put in their travel dates, GTG's and birthdays- the calendar is getting quite full out to the middle of next year! I am happy to report the feedback has been great, many find it a very useful tool.
Rest assured that none of this information is personal info that can be used for identity theft or other nefarious purposes. Your screen name aleady apears in Fodors and does not identify who you are or where you live. Your birthday does not disclose the year of your birth. Much of this info is already on Fodors we are just arranging it in a fashion that will be useful to folks.

rhkkmk Jul 29th, 2008 06:56 PM

pook---i'm way toooo modest to even discuss these things....

let pandas do all the crowing

BillT Jul 30th, 2008 04:03 AM

And Bob is too modest to tell you that he was able to get a great deal on his degrees- buy 2 get 2 free.

Gpanda Jul 30th, 2008 05:07 AM

This is a report of an inaccurate entry. Regardless of my Messianic meglomania, my birthday is not on December 25. I did not make that entry. I have strong suspicionms concening the diabolical Needhamite that might be responsible, but I'm keeping them to myself. I can assure you that no wisemen attended my birth.

BillT Jul 30th, 2008 05:12 AM

Are you saying that your father was not present at your birth or that he was there?

Gpanda Jul 30th, 2008 06:02 AM

Present, but not so wise.

Hanuman Jul 30th, 2008 06:30 AM

You mean you can't turn plain water into wine? Bob told me you could do that and I was looking forward to doing a GTG with you for this reason.
