I agree with Guen-- $100 for brunch is insane. The brunches we've been talking about are all under $30 so you can buy your champagne.

$100 SING is not really insane, its only about $60 US, and when you consider that a bottle of french champagne in Singapore costs more than $120 SING, its pretty good value, I guess it depends how much champagne you can drink. Looking at alcohol prices in Bangkok it looks as expensive as Singapore.

Scooter,

As I've said the Madison at the Four Seasons offer what you're looking for with regard to the French champange - see the first reply of your question. Last time I was there I had over 4 glasses of the bubbly and the price was already included.

any idea how much the brunch costs at madison??

Hanuman Aug 4th, 2005 08:40 PM

Sunday brunch at the Madison cos baht 2,178 NET or about US $53. This include all the French champange and wine that you can drink.

rhkkmk Aug 5th, 2005 10:06 AM

$53 per person?? thats a lot for bkk or $53 per couple??

glorialf Aug 5th, 2005 11:13 AM

$53 is a lot per person but maybe that's why you can have all that champagne. Might be worth it if you're going to drink a huge amount but otherwise I'd go elsewhere and order it separately -- or better yet see if you can bring a bottle and just pay corkage.
