JetBlue driving me crazy

(Duplicate post from Central America forum)

I just want to let the world know that JetBlue is driving me absolutely mad with its constant schedule changes on the flights between Orlando and San Jose. This is a new route for the airline and it seems they have no idea how to go about planning their flights. I booked JetBlue (for May) because of a relatively convenient nighttime departure, only to have it changed to early a.m. the same day. That was bad enough, but they have since made several more time changes for both departure and return flights and I have no idea how many more changes are in store.

When they make a big time change like that I think you can get a refund.

It's hardly a jetBlue-specific problem. Most airlines are cutting capacity at a steep rate, particularly to/from Florida.

Anyways, I'm surprised B6 actually had this started. It may not last long.

Well, yes, I suppose they would offer a refund -- but I do still need to get to Costa Rica and there aren't any other options more convenient. And JetBlue isn't cutting capacity; they just changed their daily flight from nighttime to early a.m. .... But thanks for the replies. I know this is but one of a million stories in the naked skies.

In the interest of fairness, I wanted to post an addendum to my earlier complaint about the schedule change. The change remains a costly inconvenience, but I have had the opportunity to deal further with JetBlue and have been thoroughly impressed and pleased with their customer service staff. Satisfactory customer service (in any industry) seems so rare these days that I felt obliged to offer compliments.

Often flight schedules are changed, not due to capacity, but schedule changes on other routes so the planes are where they need to be and/or pilots/attendants are available.
