Anyone missing miles on AA
 

I should have 49,000 miles with AA. I have checked three times so far today and it says 0 miles. No information about past activity, either.

I would pick up the phone and call AA. We can't help you.

Same problem here. I logged in and got this message:

"Although your correct AAdvantage account balance is reflected upon logging in, some summary statements currently display inaccurate details. We're working to correct the issue and apologize for the inconvenience."

My balance, however, says, "0", which is incorrect. I'll wait a day or two before calling.

wally, I just looked again, my balance is correct in the upper right corner after I log in. The summary, however, is incorrect.

Yea, I'll wait one day, too. I don't like using up my minutes on hold. This happened with my bank balance recently and the problem was taken care of in a few hours. I only suffered a mild heart attack.

My balance was zero yesterday, but appear correct this morning.
