Inquest,
The photos are wonderful! I love the portrait of the chef -- what a wonderful smile he has! I love the simple bungalow by the river (are you sure that's a river?!!) -- simple but very charming. And the photos of the animals -- wow! |
Thanks Progol. The cottage @ the river Ishasha was lovely.ensuite with 2 queen size beds.It overlooks the river Ishasha. It was peak of summer and the river was running low.Across the river was the Ishasha NP. Elephants, buffalo and Kobs would frequently wander around the property. It was also off season and I was the only guest in the whole property, which had over 10 cottages. To an extent when I landed there they were unprepared. The chef wasn't intimated about my arrival. So there was no food. I drove with him into a village close by and purchased a country chicken. That is the curry he's preparing.Technically had the whole staff in attendance :)
A few more photos of Ishasha wildlife and then were are off to Queen Elisabeth Np and the Kazinga Channel |
