Fodor's Expert Review Segundo Muelle

This sleek seafood restaurant's variety of offerings is an excellent introduction to Lima's cebichería cuisine (and the fact that the menu includes photos of many dishes doesn't hurt either). Choose from 10 different types of lip-smacking cebiches (fish or seafood marinated in lime juice with onions and aji chilis), or head straight for a hearty corvina a lo macho (sea bass in a creamy seafood sauce) or any of several seafood dishes served atop tacu tacu (a mix of beans and rice). It also serves a small selection of sushi and sashimi and some excellent rice and pasta dishes, such as ricotta cheese–and-crab tortellini.
