Fodor's Expert Review Segundo Muelle
This airy restaurant on the waterfront offers a good introduction to traditional Peruvian seafood dishes, complete with photos on the menu. The selection includes 10 types of cebiche, and classics such as pescado a lo macho (fish fillet in a creamy seafood sauce) chupe de langostinos (creamy shrimp chowder) and jalea del pescador (deep-fried fish and seafood). They also offer a selection of Mediterranean and Asian dishes, including some decent rolls, but the forté here is traditional Peruvian cebichería fare. Sit in the back and watch the waves roll in while you eat.
