Chef Ivan Kisic was killed in a tragic automobile accident shortly before IK Restaurante opened, but his family keeps his dream and memory alive by serving his recipes in the restaurant he designed. Walls covered with foliage and wood reflect the commitment to serving fresh, organic ingredients. Start with grilled octopus or Amazonian cebiche (wok-seared paiche marinated in lime juice with jungle spices), then try the duck magret with quinua or poached fish with tomatoes.
