Fodor's Review

The flagship restaurant of Peru's most celebrated chefs, spouses Gastón Acurio and Astrid Gutsche, occupies a meticulously restored colonial mansion called Casa Moreyra. They serve a fixed tasting menu, with nine separate dishes at dinner and seven at lunch, taking you on a journey through Peru's culinary traditions over the course of two hours. They change the menu with the seasons to ensure fresh ingredients, but you can expect a good mix of meat and seafood dishes. You should reserve two weeks ahead of time. Even if you don't have a reservation, you can try to get a table on the patio, which has a limited à la carte menu.
