Fodor's Expert Review Viñedo Ain Karim

Villa de Leyva Family
The sunny high altitudes of Villa de Leyva make for interesting wine terroir, and a few wineries have sprung up in the area. Focused mainly on producing Cabernet Sauvignon and a few other classic French varietals, this family-owned winery welcomes visitors to take a tour, followed by a short tasting. They also offer the chance to relax in the gardens afterwards and sample more wine by the glass. The wines aren't world-beaters, but the experience makes for one of the area's best day trips.
