Fodor's Expert Review Casa Medina
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
Elaborate dishes such as medallions of trout smothered in fennel and onion are lovingly prepared at this upmarket eaterie. The restaurant is housed in a stately boutique hotel which was built in 1945 as a private mansion and has been declared a national monument. The dining rooms are strewn with antiques imported by aristocratic Bogotano families.
