Fodor's Expert Review Hotel Waeger

In operation for nearly seven decades, this German hotel has seemingly become synonymous with travel to Osorno. For sure, some remodeling has occurred through the years, but for better or worse it retains much of the ambience, design, and furnishings of its past. This hotel is just two blocks from the plaza in the center of town and has one of southern Chile's best steakhouses on the premises. For a short stay in Osorno, it's an interesting and convenient choice.
