Vox Populi is a longtime favorite in Bellavista in an old house on a quiet corner. The bar has several rooms, including a basement down a spiral staircase, and an outdoor patio that's perfect for a nighttime drink. It's gay-owned (and gay-friendly), and the bar makes a mean pisco sour to go with its small plates.
