Fodor's Review

Rio's most traditional Japanese restaurant is also one of its best, tucked away down a side street at the start of Copacabana. Pick a spot at the sushi bar, where sashimi masters slice the freshest fish, served alongside an array of impeccably prepared traditional hot Japanese dishes or reserve one of the private rooms, where sliding screens offer greater privacy and you'll sit on tatami mats.
