Bolivia’s electric current is 110/220 volts AC in La Paz and 220 volts AC in the rest of the country. You’ll need adapters for two-pronged outlets, which are used for both types of current. Be very careful to make sure your appliance can take a 220 voltage (usually stated somewhere on the casing) before you plug it in.
