Business has been booming at Ruca Malén ever since the Great Wine Capitals network dubbed its winery restaurant the “world’s best” in 2014, but lunch here is still a relaxed experience; two smaller dining rooms and outdoor tables keep it intimate. Chef Lucas Bustos and winemaker Pablo Cuneo masterfully pair colorful dishes with Ruca's predominantly red wines. The well-run tourism department leads interesting tours around the modern facility and offers an option of wine flights, which can include vertical tastings of different vintages or a fun blending session. As an added bonus, the winery has stunning views throughout.
